Bangladesh’s National Board of Revenue is implementing Pre-Arrival Processing (PAP) from July 1, 2019. Customs House Chittagong has issued a notice (circular) to all concerned to follow the mentioned timeline, according to carrier sources.
Effective July 1, 2019, all shipping lines and their agents are required to submit complete Electronic Cargo Manifests (including combined information of Master B/L and House B/L), namely Import General Manifest (IGM) before the vessel departs from the last port of call in origin.
