The TSA Revenue Index for the west coast of North America and inland point intermodal (IPI) services provided in December 2015 hit the lowest since 2010 of 75.64 points (100 points on average in 2008), down by 3.39 points from a month earlier and by 10.64 points from a year earlier, according to the Transpacific Stabilization Agreement (TSA). The December index hit the lowest in the last six years.

Meanwhile, the TSA Revenue Index for east coast of North America and Gulf Coast services operated in the month in question was 67.14 points, declining by 5.40 points from the previous month. From December 2014, it suffered a drastic fall of 20.71 points. The east coast index also reached the lowest point in the last six years.
