All traffic in Manila will be strictly regulated during the period from November 16 to 20 due to the 2015 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit, which is being hosted by the Philippines.

Several roads in Metro Manila will be fully closed on both directions from Nov 16 to 20, 2015 and APEC lanes will be designated strictly for authorized vehicles use only.

There will be no work in Metro Manila government offices, including state-owned and -controlled corporations, on Nov 18 and 19. For local government units and the private sector, work suspension will be on a voluntary basis.

Seagoing traffic has been blocked by the Philippine Coast Guard in the area 1.5 nautical miles off the Philippine International Convention Center since Nov 3 and continues until Nov 21. The Manila International Airport Authority has advised periodic runway closures at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport from Nov 17 to 20.
