As a part of its 2015 Japan Business Plan announced in December 2014, the Intra-Asia Discussion Agreement (IADA) has recommended its members to implement a rate restoration of $100 per TEU for cargo to and from Japan, effective April 1, 2015.
The recommendation is posed to individual IADA members, on a voluntary, non-binding basis.
