In advance of the full-fledged operation of the China Customs Advance Manifest（CCAM）regulation on June 28, Shanghai Customs started from June 3 the advance manifest submission on a trial basis for all China import cargoes that are discharged or transshipped at Shanghai. Thereafter, the failure to meet the requirement of China Customs, might cause the ''Do not load'' notice from Shanghai Customs and negative effects in the further import process of China customs clearance and customs release.
