Member lines of the Informal Rate Agreement (IRA) have announced a rate restoration of $300 per TEU on cargo from Asia excluding Japan to the Middle East, effective June 15, 2013.
The implementation of the rate is posed to individual IRA members, on a voluntary, non-binding basis.
