The Brazilian Federal Ports Bureau's Porto Sem Papel (PSP: Port Without Paper) program has been implement at Santos Port since August 1. The scheme will be extended to Rio de Janeiro on August 15 and to Vitoria on September 1, 2011.
The online program aims to reduce bureaucracy of Brazilian port operations and consequently reduce vessels' waiting times and port stays.
