Intra-Asia Discussion Agreement （IADA） lines announced Tuesday that they will implement ad-hoc rate restoration on a voluntary, non-biding basis.
Under the plan, the freight rate of shipments moving from Hong Kong / South China, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, and Indonesia to Japan will be raised by US$100 per TEU, effective July 15, 2011.
