Intra-Asia Discussion Agreement (IADA) has recommended its members to implement ad-hoc rate reatorations applicable to both southbound and northbound shipments, effective July 1, 2010. The voluntary increases are as follows:
- $50 per TEU and $100 per FEU for southbound cargo (excluding Japan to all destinations)
- $50 per TEU and $100 per FEU for northbound cargo (to Japan from all destinations excluding Hong Kong / South China / Taiwan)
- $100 per TEU and $200 per FEU for northbound cargo (to Japan from Hong Kong / South China / Taiwan)
