Mitsubishi Estate Vietnam held a ceremony for commemorating the completion of a new large logistics facility in Hai Phong in northern Vietnam last week. The Vietnamese affiliate of Mitsubishi Estate has enhanced its warehousing business in Vietnam, as another facility was completed in Tai Ninh in the southeast in August.
Completed last Thursday, Logicross Hai Phong is made up of two one-story buildings with a ceiling height of 10.5 meters, where the height of loading docks is aligned with freight truck beds. It covers a total floor area of some 88,000 square meters on an approximately 151,000-square-meter site. A minimum of 4,400 square meters of space is available for rent.
Mitsubishi Estate, a Tokyo-based real estate developer, commenced the development of two logistics facilities in Vietnam in October 2024, including Logicross Hai Phong. Logicross Nam Thuan, the other warehouse, is located in Long An, near Ho Chi Minh City, which was incorporated into Tai Ninh earlier this year. Completed on Aug. 20, it covers a total floor area of some 64,000 square meters on an approximately 115,000-square-meters site.
