Container exports from 18 Asian countries and regions to the U.S. amounted to 1.81 million TEUs in June, surging 14.8% from a year earlier, according to statistics compiled by the Japan Maritime Center (JMC) from Port Import/Export Reporting Service (PIERS) data.
