Container throughput at the port of Hong Kong fell 9.3% to 1.632 million TEUs in April 2018, suffering a decline for three straight months. Box volumes handled at Kwai Tsing Container Terminal waned 7.0% from the same period last year to 1.282 million TEUs, and those processed at other terminals plunged 16.7% to 350,000 TEUs.
