The port of Shanghai handled 3.28 million TEUs in April, an increase of 4.9% compared to 3.12 million TEUs for the same month last year, according to the Shanghai International Port (Group) Company (SIPG).
For the first four months, the world's busiest container port reported a box throughput of 12.67 million TEUs, up 8.7% from the same period in 2016.
