Effective January 1, 2017, the Alameda Corridor Surcharge (ACS) will increase for all 40' southbound containers transported by rail through the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, CA. The increase applies to any shipments transported through the ports of Los Angeles or Long Beach, moving on rail, between the harbor and inland rail ramps.
The new surcharge will be:
US $25/20' (US $1 increase from current)
US $50/40' (US $2 increase from current)
