Myanmar's Ministry of Commerce exempted another 267 items from the nation's import license requirements on September 1, 2016.

The move allows shippers to import the 267 commodities of 4,405 import items without applying for an individual import license.

The deregulated items involve rubber and its related materials, textiles, tin and aluminium related materials, electronics and accessories, recorders, computers and computer accessories, vehicle-related materials and cleaning materials, among others.
