Saudi Arabia's gateway port of Jeddah handled 2.17 million TEUs in the first half of 2016, up 3.3% compared to 2.10 million TEUs in the same period last year.
The port of Dammam, the second largest in the country, processed 950,474 TEUs in the first six months of the year, representing a 1.4% decline from the previous year's 964,000 TEUs.
