Informal South Asia Agreement (ISAA) has recommended its members to implement a rate restoration of $100 per TEU, effective August 1, 2016. The foregoing recommendation will be applicable to all westbound shipments from Far East ports (excluding Japan) to South Asia market segments within the ISAA scope.
