Member lines of the Asia to Caribbean Trade Agreement (ACTA) have agreed on a voluntary and non-binding basis to target a rate restoration in the Caribbean trade from Japan.
The recommended quantum for the restoration is US$1,050 per TEU and US1,500 per FEU, effective June 15, 2016.
