The TSA Revenue Index for west coast of North America and inland point intermodal (IPI) services provided in November 2015 was 79.03 points (100 points on average in 2008), down by 2.17 points from a month earlier and by 4.74 points from a year earlier, according to the Transpacific Stabilization Agreement (TSA). Falling below the 80-point line for the first time since December 2011, the index reached the lowest point in the last four years.

Meanwhile, the TSA Revenue Index for east coast of North America and Gulf Coast services operated in the month in question was 72.54 points, declining by 6.12 points from the previous month. From November 2014, it suffered a double-digit fall of 12.44 point. The index was as weak, hitting the lowest level in the last four years since December 2011.
