Informal South Asia Agreement (ISAA) lines have announced their individual, voluntary, non-binding rate restorations. The restoration will be carried out in two stages, $100 each effective on November 25 and December 1, 2015 on shipments originating in the Far East excluding Japan.
The rate restoration on shipments from Japan was raised by $50 on October 5 and will be raised again by $150 on November 1, 2015.
The Informal South Asia Agreement covers cargo moving to/from the Far East and ASEAN nations, and countries in the South Asian sub-continent.
