The implementation of a truck booking system at the port of Manila has been postponed to October 1.
International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI) and Asian Terminals Inc., Manila's two terminal operators, were set to roll out the Terminal Appointment Booking System (TABS) on September 1. TABA is expected to ensure smooth flow of trucks to and from the port and welcomed by the port as a means to ease congestion.
