The U.S. Customs and Border Protection has said in its Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) #15-000195 that all rail ports are now accepting Automated Commercial System (ACE) cargo release.
From April 13, 2015, all truck ports including inland ports will also accept ACE cargo release.
