Shanghai International Port (Group) Co. (SIPG) has reported that container throughput at the port of Shanghai rose 16.3% to 2.57 million TEUs in February compared to 2.21 million TEUs registered in the same month in 2014. When compared to the previous month's 3.16 million TEUs, the volume represents an 18.1% decline.
