Effective February 9, 2015, member lines in the Transpacific Stabilization Agreement (TSA) are recommending a general rate increase (GRI) of $540/20', $600/40', $675/40'HC and $760/45' for all destinations in the U.S. in a bid to ramp up efforts to meet a possible Lunar New Year cargo surge.
The GRI guidelines apply to the eastbound transpacific trade and are posed to individual members, on a voluntary, non-binding basis.
