The Japan/Philippines Freight Conference (JPFC) has decided to adjust the current Manila Port Congestion Surcharge of USD.0.80 per revenue ton upward to USD.0.90 per revenue ton, effective February 1, 2015, after reviewing the data covering the period from October through December 2014.
