In the week ended November 7, the China Containerized Freight Index (CCFI) quoted 1043.87 points, up 2.5% from the previous week while the Shanghai Containerized Freight Index (SCFI) declined 4.5% on week to 1062.46.

In the Europe service, spot rates from Shanghai to Europe fell by 10.4% to $1,175 per TEU last week while those from Shanghai to the Mediterranean declined 7.8% on year to $1,305 the week ended November 7.

On the transpacific trades, the CCFI on the Asia-US West Coast fell by 2.2 percent to 970.74 last week, while the Asia-US east coast index remained flat at 1355.81.
