The new regulation for China Customs Advance Manifest (CCAM) Regulation (China's ''24-hour Advanced Manifest'') will be enforced from June 30, 2014 and in strict implementation no later than September 30, 2014 for all vessels calling China ports, excluding Hong Kong and Macau, according to MOL China.

To comply with the latest regulation requirements, MOL has urged its customers to submit the completed shipping instruction before the 'cut-off' schedule as provided by its local/origin offices.

In absence of approval or upon receiving a notification of ''Do not load'' notice from China Customs, the shipment will not be loaded onto vessels.

In occurrence of cargo are not allowed to discharge in any China ports, the shipper and/or the cargo owner will be accounted for any liabilities incurred, MOL said.
