Nippon Automated Cargo and Port Consolidated System a.k.a NACCS concluded service provider agreement with Malaysia's Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd on August 29, 2013 to enable shipping lines and non-vessel-operating common carriers NVOCCs) in foreign countries to report electronically through NACCS to Japan Customs on Japan's proposed Advance Filing Rules.

NACCS so far has concluded the said agreement with 17 service providers (15 overseas and 2 Japanese) in total including Dagang Net.

Dagang Net is the first service provider headquartered in Malaysia and the third service provider headquartered in Southeast Asia following CrimsonLogic in Singapore and Intercommerce in the Philippines.
