The Transpacific Stabilization Agreement (TSA) will expand its scope to include the entire transpacific round trip, including the westbound trade, effective February 3, 2013. Once the reshuffle becomes effective, the Westbound Transpacific Stabilization Agreement (WTSA) will discontinue its activities.
