China's State Council has announced the dates of the consecutive holidays next year as follows:
New Year's Day: Jan 1 (Tue) to 3 (Thu). The following Saturday (Jan 5) and Sunday (Jan 6) will be workdays.
Spring Festival (Chinese Lunar New Year) : Feb 9 (Sat) to 15 (Fri). The following Saturday (Feb 16) and Sunday (Feb 17) will be workdays.
Qing Ming (Tomb Sweeping / Day Clear Bright Festival): Apr 4 (Thu) to 6 (Sat). The following Sunday (Apr 7) will be workday.
China Labor Day: Apr 29 (Mon) to May 1 (Wed). The following Saturday (Apr 27) and Sunday (Apr 28) will be workdays.
Duanwu Festival (Dragon Boat Festival / Dumpling Festival): June 10 (Mon) to 12 (Wed). The following Saturday (June 8) and Sunday (June 9) will be workdays.
Mid-Autumn Festival (Moon Festival / Lantern Festival): Sept 19 (Thu) to 21 (Sat). The following Sunday (Sept 22) will be workday.
National Day: Oct 1 (Tue) to 7 (Mon). The following Sunday (Sept 29) and Saturday (Oct 12) will be workdays.
