The Trans-Pacific Revenue Index for services bound for the West Coast of and inland point intermodal (PIP) destinations in the U.S. was 90.54 points in October 2012, according to the Transpacific Stabilization Agreement (TSA).

The index went down by a minute 0.46 points from a month earlier, when it was 79.24 points, but surged by 11.24 points from a year earlier.

The index plunged to 88.39 points in July but recovered in August and September, when it reached the 90-point line for the first time in 18 months, or since March 2011.

The Trans-Pacific Revenue Index for services destined to the East and Gulf coasts of the U.S. was 78.78 points, down by 0.46 points from a month earlier, when it was 79.24 points, but up 3.02 points from a year earlier, when it was 75.76 points.

The index fell in July, picked up in August and went down again in September and October.
