12.10.22Japan Customs Uploads English Version of Procedure Specifications of Japan's ''24-Hour Rule''
Japan Customs has issued an English version of Procedure Specifications of the proposed ''Advance Filing Rules on Maritime Container Cargo Information'' which will be implemented in March 2014. The rules require shipping lines and NVOCCs to submit electronically information of maritime container cargoes to be loaded on a vessel 24 hours before departure of the vessel from the port of loading in Japan.
