Informal Rate Agreement （IRA） lines announced Thursday that it has revised the recommendation on their business plan for 2012 on shipments from Japan to the Middle East, in view of radical surge of revailing market rate as much as US$450 per TEU in the areas other than Japan.
The revised rate restoration will be $400 per TEU, effective October 1, 2012, instead of the original $250 per TEU, effective October 1, 2012.
