The 1st Northeast Asia Logistics Information Service Network (NEAL-NET) Workshop was held between Japan, China and South Korea in Jeju, South Korea, on March 20-23, 2012 to build up efficient flow of logistics information between the three countries.

At the meeting, specialists for the expansion of logistics information network agreed to provide information on the movement of containers in designated port of the three counties by the end of the year, linking their respective port logistics information systems, LOLINS for Japan, LOGINK for Chin and SP-IDC for South Korea.

They also agreed to expand the ports covered to Kwangyang and Incheon in South Korea, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Yantai in China, and Kobe, Hakata and Shimonoseki in Japan, on top of the existing Busan (South Korea), Ningbo (China) and Yokohama/Tokyo (Japan).
