The Korea Customs Service （KCS） has announced postponement of the enforcement of its Advance Manifest System （AMS）for maritime export cargo and air export/import cargo to January 1, 2012 at the last moment. The Korean version Automated Manifest System was to take effect on December 1, 2011. As a result, the implementation of the Cargo Selectivity System (C/S) will be also delayed to March 1, 2012.
