Symposiums on the Rotterdam Rules will be held in Tokyo on November 20-21, co-sponsored by the Japanese Maritime Law Association (JMLA) and the University of Tokyo’s Global Center of Excellence (COE) Program and supported by Japan International Freight Forwarders Association Inc. (JIFFA), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) and other parties.
