The Official Journal on October 28, 2011 of the European Union (EU) published the revised version of the Combined Nomenclature, the EU version of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, to be effective on January 1, 2012.
The Combined Nomenclature was established by Council Regulation (EEC) No. 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff.
