The Intra-Asia Discussion Agreement (IADA) has unveiled its recommendation to implement ad-hoc rate restoration to make up for the shortfall of the originally targeted revenue recovery.
The increase of US$50 per TEU will be implemented on cargo moving from Japan to Philippines, Indonesia and Hai Phong, effective November 25, 2011.
IADA members are free to voluntarily follow the recommendation on an individual basis.
