Effective April 1, 2011, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) has reduced by 50% the landing fee for international cargo flights at Haneda International Airport, in a bid to build up international airfreight network.
The landing fee of a 767-300F, for instance, is 224,000 yen from the previous 448,000. The discount fee will be valid for one year.
