Transpacific Stabilization Agreement (TSA) lines have announced guidelines for a Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) on U.S. bound cargo excluding Puerto Rico, effective June 15, 2010. The following PSS will be applied;
For cargo from the Far East (excluding India):

For cargo from India:
