Colins has been enhanced to cover the ports of Tomakomai, Sendai-Shiogama, Osaka (Nanko C-2 Berth), Takamatsu and Hakata. Information on container delivery from yards and ship movements at the ports is now available from the container logistics information service operated by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT)'s Port and Harbor Bureau.

Becoming operational in April 2010, Colins allows port and harbor business operators to share container logistics information. As it is part of Cyber Port, a platform run by the MLIT to increase logistics productivity by promoting digitalization, it sends and receive information to and from the platform. On a Cyber Port screen, as such, there is a link to "Permission of delivery of container from CY" on Colins. Clicking on the link after entering bill-of-lading (B/L) and container numbers leads to information on whether or not containers are ready to be delivered from yards.

The information that Colins has on ship movements, export containers and container delivery from yards can be sent to Cyber Port and used when creating reports on Cyber Port.
