India's Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has again postponed the full-fledged implementation of its Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations to June 30 from the previously scheduled May 31, 2021.
The strict implementation with penal charges has been postponed time and again so far.
