Malaysia's Port Klang Authority (PKA) will introduce online solutions to mitigate congestion and reduce waiting time for pick-up or delivery of containers at the port in cooperation with the terminal operators of Westports and Northort, and private companies including Link Effect (M) Sdn. Bhd. Offering two new systems, Cargomove System and Linkhaul System, PKP expects to reduce congestion in the port by around 20 percent.

The Cargomove System allows truckers to book entries of their trailers into the terminal in advance and the Linkhaul System allows truckers to optimize utilization balancing incoming and outgoing trailers, thus doing away with queues at terminal gates.
