Member carriers in the Transpacific Stabilization Agreement (TSA) Westbound section have agreed on the need for an across-the-board increase in dry cargo rates, effective April 1, 2016.

The recommended general rate increase (GRI) is in the amount of US$25 per 40-foot container (FEU) for cargo moving via the U.S. West Coast, $50 per FEU for cargo moving via the U.S. East and Gulf Coasts and $100 per FEU for cargo moving from U.S. inland points.
