The Informal Rate Agreement has recommended its members a rate restoration of $100 per TEU for cargo moving from Asia excluding Japan to the Middle East, effective December 1, 2015.
The increase follows the rate restorations of $300per TEU effected on October 1 and the two stage increases by $150 each from October 15 and November 1, 2015.
