Japan/Philippines Freight Conference (JPFC) decided to adjust the current Manila Port congestion surcharge of US$0.90 per revenue ton upward to US$1.30 per revenue ton, effective March 1, 2015 until further notice.
The increase is based on the data covering the period November 2014 / December 2014 / January 2015, the conference said.
