The Intra-Asia Discussion Agreement (IADA) has adopted a rate restoration program for cargo moving to/from Japan with the objective of covering a part of the lost revenue in the past enabling members to maintain stable and high-quality services within the busy and competitive Intra-Asia trade.
The rate restoration will be $100 per TEU, effective April 1 and October 1, 2015.
For annual contract guideline, the rate restoration will be $100 per TEU upon contract renewal but by no later than April 1, 2015.
