Member container carriers in the Transpacific Stabilization Agreement (TSA) have move up their May 1, 2014 general rate increase recommendation to April 15, in an effort to offset the rate drop in February and early March.
The increase is $300 per-FEU for all commodities and origin / destination pairs, and follows similar increases applied on January 15 and March 15.
