The Transpacific Stabilization Agreement (TSA) Revenue Index for services bound for the West Coast of the U.S. and interior point intermodal (IPI) services was 83.11 points in October 2013, a decline of 7.43 points compared with 90.54 in the same month last year, registering a decline for three consecutive months. Month on month, it fell by 2.99 points from September's 90.54 which represented the first increase after declines for the five consecutive months.

For services destined to the U.S. East and Gulf Coasts, the index stood at 77.09 in October, down by 1.69 points from the previous year when it was 78.78 points. Month on month, the TSA index suffered a decline of 1.6 points compared with 78.68 for September.

The TSA Revenue Indexes are benchmarked in percentage terms against the baseline month of June 2008.
