Westbound member carriers in the Transpacific Stabilization Agreement (TSA) are recommending guidelines of rate increases by US$100 per 40-foot container (FEU) via U.S. West Coast ports and $200 per FEU via U.S. East Coast and Gulf ports and $100 for intermodal cargoes, for six commodities including waste paper, metal scrap, plastic scrap and resin, lumber and logs, hay and agricultural products. The increases will take effect on November 15, 2013.
